This is another very early shoot and about a year before my first nude model. I lived near a greenbelt in Austin. Its riverbed would dry up and reveal this cool landscape. Shawn was someone I approached online about a shoot. It took a few tries but when I pitched the riverbed idea then he was in.
Aside from his big brown eyes, he has something that I absolutely love on a guy – texture. From his lashes to his beard it’s amazing. Still finding my style here. These shots are very classic portraiture.
